Overview
A data-driven 3D storefront that renders shelves and products in the browser. Products aren’t hand-modeled; they’re generated from structured data (JSON), so adding or changing products is as simple as editing data. Arrow keys let you browse aisles; product and cart panels round it out as a shopping prototype.

Asian Grocery Store
Grocery stores are central to cultures worldwide, and each region’s stores carry their own unique look and feel. Recreating a grocery store virtually allows us to capture that sense of place, something especially valuable for people traveling internationally who may miss familiar shopping experiences.
This project explored how modular 2D UI concepts can be extended into a 3D environment, building a grocery store prototype that users can interact with directly in the browser. While currently web-based, the system is designed with future expansion in mind: it could evolve into a VR experience where users “walk” through aisles and shop just as they would in a physical store.
My passion lies in translating real-world walkthrough experiences, like museums and shopping centers, into interactive 3D environments on the web. Having previously developed a virtual museum, I challenged myself with a grocery store to push the limits of modular 3D layouts and immersive UI.
